First class boat trip

Great trip. Dolphins, whales and stingrays all in one morning. Rocco provides a first class service and the boat is perfect for small groups. Thoroughly recommended.

In life you have choices, you can choose to go on a 'pirate' ship with 50 other guests or you can choose to take a private charter with the team here and have this beautiful boat to yourself. The pirate ship is cheaper, but the experience with Jandia boat tour is far better and whilst more expensive, this is about making choices to make memories and have an experience that you will truly look back on and think 'I am glad we did that'

We booked the 3 hour tour and were picked up at our hotel and on board by 10am. The boat followed some of the other tour boats to a site where dolphins were feeding, so it was not a unique experience, and we were going at a more leisurely pace not having a timetable to stick too. it was at this pace that we saw a young sea turtle that the main groups had missed. As we approached the areas where the largely boats were manoeuvring to see the dolphins, they did a great job of herding the dolphins directly to us, which was magnificent.

We later headed to a bay to dive, which had other boats there too, but we spent an hour away from them closer to the rocks where the fish were hiding.

All in all this was the best way to take a boat trip and worth every penny.

Rocco was fabulous and catered to all our needs. Whether it was snorkeling, fishing, dolphin sighting, whale sighting, swimming with sting rays, cruising up the coast….he did everything. A real treat to spend a few hours with Rocco on his fantastic boat. Perfect condition vessel, lovely food and a rare situation of someone who loves his job and is also great at it. We loved it so much we booked again for the following week, which was just as good. It made a huge impact on our holiday. Thanks Rocco!!!

Saw so many Dolphins!
